Dr. Bilawal Hussain is a General Dentist at South 40 Dental - Grande Prairie in Grande Prairie
Born in Pakistan and raised in Dubai, Dr. Bilawal Hussain has proudly called Canada home for over 20 years, spending much of that time in Saskatoon. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Pharmacology (High Honours) before completing his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Saskatchewan in 2021.
Throughout his university years, Dr. Hussain was an active leader in the dental community—serving as Student President at the College of Dentistry, volunteering extensively, and earning numerous academic and leadership awards. His commitment to the profession continued after graduation when he was elected as a Council Member with the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan, and he continues to contribute as an advisor to the University of Saskatchewan.
After practicing in Saskatchewan for three years, Dr. Hussain spent a year in Ontario, further refining his skills in all aspects of general dentistry. He has now made Grande Prairie his home, where he is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized dental care to patients of all ages.
Passionate about continuous growth, Dr. Hussain regularly advances his knowledge through world-renowned programs, including the KOIS Center and The C.L.E.A.R. Institute. He is certified in both Oral and IV Sedation, along with Advanced Cardiac Life Support, enabling him to offer a calm, stress-free experience for patients who may feel anxious about dental treatment.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Hussain enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new destinations, and staying active on the basketball court. His goal is to make every visit a comfortable, positive experience while building lasting relationships with his patients.
